Love this app. I met Poppy Jamie in person and her dedication to making this the perfect app for meditation was evident in every word she spoke about it. My only ask is that the first bit of the happiness workout have more positive emotions! I think a huge part of any healing/meditative process is recognizing and rewarding good feelings. Thanks for an amazing user experience!

honestly i never write reviews for apps but i literally love this app i havent even had it for a full day and its already improved my mental health so much i feel so empowered and happy setting reminders for myself to keep going you can write secrets in this and virtually burn them to show you throwing them away and honestly this helps a lot im being honest when i say this is the best app out many that ive tried and hated after a day :)!! ?

I loved this app when I first found it but it doesn’t have enough content. My goal is to use it several times a week and the content isn’t new or updated in the 9 months I’ve been using it. So each time I open or listen I hear the same. It would be fantastic if they had a year of u inquest content. If they had more it would be a five star app.

I have a subscription and I was under the impression that I would get unlimited daily dose talks but that is not the case. Also I’m getting the same daily dose talk that I received yesterday which shouldn’t happen. I sent an email to their feedback and the email does not go through. I may cancel the subscription.
