Constantly begging for money, survey rewards not working.

DaRQue02

I understand apps are here to make money but some are too aggressive, this app is a good example. I don’t mind watching ads or taking surveys to “earn” use of the app but too often you spend time taking a survey and then have way through to says “no thanks we don’t need your input” and it doesn’t give a credit for the survey. If you are considering this one, I would move on and try something else. *shrug* UPDATE: after a week of use the app Is OK but I am very frustrated by the dishonesty of the app and it’s surveys. One of the ways to “earn” questions is to take surveys. When you choose a survey to take, it estimates the time it takes to complete the survey and the number of questions it earns. Totally ignore these because hey are not accurate. For example, I picked a survey 3 minutes long and rewarding 2 questions. After a half dozen questions about me, my career, my salary ... I am directed to a second survey about dental work. At least 10 minutes of very details multi-part questions into that survey, it ends and I get a thank you message. I am then redirected to a new website where I am told that hey already have enough responses and that my survey is not needed. WHAT?! I’ve already taken the *#^{% survey. Get ready to repeat this often. I did complete one survey for reward questions but mostly you do not get rewarded. Very much a scam, spending a bunch of time and getting nothing in return.

Awesome

Help us have a better understanding on things . Even things we sometimes don't notice .

Constantly crashing

ophelia6

My boyfriend and I really like this app, it's cute, and a fun little way to start conversations. Unfortunately, this is at least the fourth time I've had to delete the app and re-download it, as it appears to crash regularly after about two sessions of using it-- I'll open the app, and there's nothing but a blank screen. Disappointing.

Wow ?

This app has helped us take the pulse of our relationship. Really glad we have this as a jumping off point for getting on the same page about relatively simple concepts that we otherwise wouldn’t take about until a problem arises. Thanks Happy Couple!

Great app

Seriously a wonderful app, husband likes it as much as I do!

App needs work

The UI is pretty to look at and navigation works pretty well, but moving between screens is often met with load times when you instead expect a zippy screen change. Occasionally screens fail to load or fail to a blank screen requiring you to kill the app and restart it. These issues get in the way of an enjoyable experience. Some caching of data locally might help load times/failures by giving the app something to fall back on. For the moment I would recommend just sticking to the web site.

Cute, If A Liiiittle Confusing

Really cute app, and really great for long distance thingies. My only complaint is that it’s a little difficult to figure out what answers your partner chooses for themselves, and how they thought you would answer. Otherwise, I love it!

Needs to be more intuitive

The navigation of the app and ease of use is not great; pretty frustrating actually. It was easy to answer the questions, but it isn’t clear at all when your partner has answered the questions (there should something like an inbox with the alert and if you have to swipe to see the response to each question there should be an arrow or some type of tutorial directing you to the next screen.) Instead of the Let Him Know button there should be a Next button. Take some clues from Duolingo. Great concept but execution needs to improve.

Very useful and could be better

Being in a long distance relationship with no physical contact yet since we met and different time zones, Happy Couple has been the best of all the other apps we tried. Of course it is not perfect (we don’t expect it to be perfect), but it’s an awesome way to know and understand each other better using questions that we would not think of easily. Our primary purpose is not to get points but to grow together, so we understood that the app system would only count the same answers as a perfect match. And I guess there is also a limit as to what type of questions they can come up with. Everyone is different and expects differently, that is why the app always requests suggestions which is good cause it means they’re working at getting better. I think that even in our fifth year or more of relationship we will still be using this app because we love it. We have no pressure of performance or so. It is a good way to always stay on track in your relationship and make sure you are not taking your other for granted. But something I would like is to get tangible rewards? other than questions or challenges. Rewards like restaurant tickets, trips and so. Everytime DiCaprio’s face comes up with the congrats you moved to the next level, I’m like yeah where’s the reward?? lol I love the app anyway.
