Ok when it works

The app is ok when it works. Questions are sometimes repetitive but that's to be expected to an extent. Biggest issue is it fails to launch more than half the time. I get blank screens. Killing the app and relaunching doesn't help. Neither does a total phone reboot. You just have to wait and hope it'll work the next day. Phone is less than 6 months old. Internet connection is strong and works with all other apps.

After 15 years in a relationship we are going through some really tough times. This app has given us a fun way to open up and discuss things we never talked about. It would be nice if the questions had more overlap with each other. I am over 100 questions ahead of him and we still only get one or two questions alike daily. I bought the catchup pack thinking it would give him 100 questions that I already answered but it gave us each 100 questions. Not sure how that was catchup.

I downloaded the app and signed up using my Facebook account. For some reason I got caught in a loop where the following will happen: 1) says “user not found” when I enter my email and password 2) if I try to reset the password and I get another error message “We are having an issue connecting you with Facebook at the moment. Please try again later or log in using your email and password [Code: -2]” I’ve attempted to uninstall the app and begin the process all over multiple tones. Sadly, every time I use any of the reset passwords that are emailed to me the issues begins all over again. So it fails to recognize my email/Facebook but it can send a password reset email to the same email??? ??

i’m in a fairly new, long distance (2.5 hours) relationship and we both work a lot and have very different schedules. we’ve been using happy couple to learn about each other and i was recently asked to leave feedback for the app after having answered over 300 questions and being “one of [your] most experienced players.” first, let me say i really enjoy the app and love what you’re doing, but sometimes the choices for answers will have two that are close to each other and be altogether missing an option for a different point of view that i would think more people than just myself would choose. i’m thinking my advice would be to have a more broad array of answer choices. i don’t find much use in the fill in answer on the quizzes, because i think it’s impossible to get a perfect match by using that. if the other person knows you well enough that they know you filled in an answer instead of picking the other options, you may be past needing this app anymore because y’all have a connection and a half. also i’d love if we could go back and edit our answers before ending the quiz, because a number of times i have dropped my phone or something and whichever answer i accidentally clicked while i was catching it would have to be final even if it’s way off from my actual point of view. oh and sometimes i get questions i’ve had before. the only other thing i’d change is don’t make the challenges and tips pop up after quizzes because it feels overwhelming to have ads for packs (which i believe are smart and necessary) AND those pop up. like maybe just give them each a badge on the main screen of the app when they’re new? i do like that the fill-ins pop up and are like a one-chance deal. these are the only things i feel could be improved about happy couple. it’s a great app and has opened up many healthy conversations for me and my SO. the tips are great too, i find myself bookmarking most of them! thank you for helping us build this thing :)
Great App - but crashes 1x week

I really enjoy this app. My SO and I have been together 6 years and I’m still learning:) my only complaint is that this app crashes nearly 1-2x a week and I have to delete it and then download again. Super annoying, but obviously it’s good enough I keep coming back ;)
After a year of use, APP glitches will make me give up

This app has so much potential but it is completely wrought with glitches. I’ve tried to ignore them for more than a year but I’m so frustrated I think I’ll simply look for something else. At level 33 it’s time to move on to something without the frustrating glitches.
Non Intuitive, difficult user interface, waste of time

Got this app cuz I thought it would be fun for my long distance relationship. After downloading and spending two days trying to set up me and my gf on it I gave up. If you don’t install and sign up in the correct order the app pretty much is broken. After sending a frustrated email to the dev, things improved slightly. Then I realized the questions it sends you are often not paired with your partners question. I find it difficult that when I answer questions I have to wait and cross my fingers and hope my gf gets sent the same ones I have answered which doesn’t seem to happen often. So overall I went into this with decent expectations and hoping for something fun to do with my significant other, but pretty disappointed in my exp with this app
