Having huge problems sharing photos

After the last update I notice that I can't share photos that I have in my library now it's telling me that I have no photos and saying I can send photos using the camera ???? Really my fiancé is in Japan I'm in the USA I share photos with him almost everyday and now I can't even I try to even reload the app, and also restart my iPhone but still not working what's going on is really important for me to have this features on this app if I can't send any photos from my library then I'm going to need another app. Also I've been using this app for about 4 years now everyday and I will like to change the ringtone, and the emojis are just so boring they don't change at all I think it needs some updates I also will like to have the option to change the background or the color of my hangouts that will be a plus. But most important please fix the sharing photos problem and ringtone change.

When I downloaded the app, at first it was working good I loved it. And now ever since I updated the app; everytime I try and call someone it stops the call and tells me error occurred. I tried rebooting my phone and iPad, re-downloading the app and it still doesn't work. ????why??? Please fix this !! Hangouts is a good app overall but it won't seem to work correctly after this update so please fix this ! Thank you, Bianca Moreno
