I like the App feature. Everything of the camera is controlled by the App from smart phone, which connects using the cam’s own WiFi. My phone finds the hotspot very easy and connects immediately without any issues.
Rough around the edges

App badly needs to have its text be reviewed by a native English speaker. Their translations run the gamut from amusing to “wtf do they mean?” Also, it’d be nice to turn all of the social crap off and not have that visible, and not have the GPS screen default to a trip in China (with another inscrutable explanation why).

Firmware update everytime I open the app and I can’t play video on the app

App still needs some work, keeps prompting me to update a version I’ve already updated. Doesn’t format ExFAT tf cards to FAT32, necessitating a computer to do so, on IOS it’s not exactly an easy task. Password for WiFi reverts back to original password after an update. English translation not always the best.
