I love watching Hallmark movies which is why I resubscribed through iTunes but I have not been able to enjoy it. It won't let me use my existing account cause it keeps giving me an error that the email address is already in use. Yes, by me. Just submitted for a refund through iTunes and guess need to subscribe through Hallmark directly.

I enjoy watching all my favorite movies on hallmark now. I especially like the older movies that you don’t get to see on regular hallmark tv

For those of the customer base that don’t have cable tv, it would be nice to be able to pay for the Hallmark Channel so current shows could be watched. Every update logs me out of this subscription. It is tiring to open the app and log in again. I find that more and more I steer away from this app.

Hallmark channel on TV is my favorite and most watched channel. Being able to watch many of the movies and series on my IPad has been a blessing since my Mother in law moved in. I especially like not needing to deal with all of the commercials. They have become so annoying! Thank you for providing this app so I may view more wholesome programming. God BLess!

Second try ...don't purchase if you have older iPad...been waiting weeks for Levi's team to fix bug...app crashes after hallmark app update.. Can't watch anything..

This is a wonderful app! I love the Hallmark movies and have been watching them since their 1950’s specials! I love the monthly subscription plan that has all these wonderful movies to watch at no extra charge. I would love to see more of the Christmas movies available also.

Speak to someone about account. I’ve been trying to get through for two days. I thought I canceled the subscription after the 7 day trial because I was gonna wait til I got home to resign up and y’all charged my account and caused it to be overdrawn ??
