Took my money and then I couldn’t send a card no matter what I tried. Kept telling me to subscribe which I checked my subscriptions and it was active.

Constantly has errors when trying to send a card after paying for a subscription. Basically, they have not built a system that scales to periods of high demand - which is typically when you would want to send a card. Don’t pay them money. You will regret it if you do.

This app doesn’t work, poorly designed. Lags and lags when trying to set up a new account or reset password. I spent an hour between the website and the app trying to sign in and it’s terrible. After giving up I tried an E-card from American Greetings and it works flawlessly. Hallmark can do a lot better.

Terrible! Screwed up Mother’s Day becsuse they dont have proper band width and offered lame apologies, but no compensation! Don’t subscribe! Use American Greetings instead! I will fight the bill and never use them!

Paid the required amount for one year’s subscription. The app is THE WORST one I have ever experienced. Most of the cards are silly, stupid, and not to the Hallmark standard. And sending one to appear on my FB page is a morning endeavor - if it makes it there at all. Wish it were different because I always choose Hallmark cards to put in the mail.

I can no longer send cards. If this is because I need to renew my subscription, I would have appreciated a notice. I thought I was on automatic renewal, so I hope I’m not being charged for an app that won’t work.

Won't run after subscribing

I subscribed to a year of service (you have to subscribe in order to send the cards), now the app won't even run! It locks up on both my iPad AND my iPhone! Until they get this fixed, don't waste your time or money on this app. Disappointing given that it's Hallmark!

This is a waste of money. Can’t sent cards off. I wish I could get my money back!!
