They won’t let me cancel

Green Bay, WI

I wish I never signed up for this app. The cards in my opinion are not that great and when I try to cancel it will not let me

Not accessible with VoiceOver screen reader.

Hilary Reed

I am completely blind, so being able to send greeting cards without assistance is important to me. While certain parts of the app, such as the iMessage app are accessible, the cards themselves are not accessible. VoiceOver will say things like view a label, or image view a label, which provides no information about the card all, not even what occasion or holiday it was for. Please fix this. I have also sent an email with an attached video to Ecards Support to further illustrate what is going on. Thank you again.

App not working properly

Kellzarnez

I have already paid for a subscription and when I want to send an e card from the app, I am prompt to choose another subscription to enter my credit card info

Worse app ever!

Zothepro

Every time it try to send a card it doesn't make it easy. It won't take me to the home page. Instead it takes me to a page that says I have no cards. ???? Is this meant to prevent your customers from using the app. Get it together Hallmark. This does not make doing business with you easy. Fix this problem. This is a second request.

Save your money, huge disappointment.

I paid for a years subscription. Worse decision, but i had to choose something to get to the cards and I thought, "How can you go wrong with Hallmark?" I wanted it to be an;e to send friends on Facebook birthday greetings, congrats, for various Holidays, etc. I am on an IPad Pro. First of all the images are blurry for me, so they have to be blurry to anyone on a computer I send them too. Second of all you cannot share them directly to a friends page. You have to send them to you, mother copy the link and post it on their page which looks tacky with the big link from your post. Not just the picture. They used to allow you to post directly to a friends page when you belonged to the Internet card page, not the app. My own fault for subscribing for a year to a company I trusted. Lesson learned.

Not free

Vickie223

This app is not free as stated although the cards are cheap for a subscription price but regardless it is not free but will not tell you until after you've entered all the details for your card

Misleading

Racket13

This app is not free. Must pay as soon as you register.

Not really free

Hallmark needs to be upfront about the fact that this is not really a free app. Charges a monthly or yearly subscription fee whether you want to send one card or a thousand. Ad supported would have been a better way. I was going to send my friend a birthday card through the app, but was prompted at the end to pay a subscription rate. No thanks. I immediately uninstalled the app.
