The one thing I repeatedly observe about this app is how fluidly I can get done what I get done. Very well designed, not glitchy, intuitive to use and well organized. I wish other banking (and non banking) apps would take their cues from this one. Thank-you for making a frustration free app!
Impossible to get in to the app

You can't paste a password into the password field, meaning you have to write it down and type it in manually - highly insecure. Then the app tries to call you and you enter the code it gives you over the phone, but then it doesn't let you in anyway and you're back at the start. Don't waste your time downloading it!

Won't go into too much detail, long story short is I've been using the app since the update and have had no problems with it.

I have used the app for most of the year I have had no problems. In fact with Halifax secure the bank have been straight back to me with any possible or perceived problems. I appreciate that! It may be a little time consuming (20 minutes some times) But it’s keeping my money and details safe.
