I love this game, BUT...

I have always loved games like FTL, Out There and various Sid Meier games like Starships, Civs, etc. this game is fun and engaging and just a fantastically playable experience. My issue: it crashes a lot. I would say for every 10 mins playing, it will crash at least once. I save it almost every in-game day, as progress lost after a fight is frustrating. I know devs are working out bugs and can't be expected to launch the perfect game with every possible scenario of different installs, systems and other games completely tested, so I'll be patient while they try to work it out. For the one commenter who claimed the crashes are untrue and people are lying: nice trolling attempt.

Crashes WAY too much to be fun

This game is a lot of fun, if you don’t mind it crashing randomly every 5-10 minutes. For a game that takes a lot of prep and strategy you pretty much have to start back to the latest save, which makes a fun game exhausting in record time. This game went from being a gem to a waste of time and money. Too bad, could have been great!
iPhone X bug

The screen is squished and you can’t see the full screen on the iPhone X. This often means you can’t redirect fleets or see the day. You also can’t see the health on ships or enemies in battle. Disappointing as I had read so many great reviews.
Layout issues with iPhone X

Just downloaded this game with the iPhone X. Tried to go through the tutorial but I noticed text was cutoff from the left and right sides of the screen. Doesn’t look like the game is compatible with the X’s resolution. Seems like the game has promise, but this needs to be fixed to be playable on the new flagship iOS device.
Needs a better filter system for combat skills

Please make it easier to select filter space combat skills prior to battle. While there are three load outs, it’s cumbersome to tap and review each skill before entering combat. Otherwise 5 stars.
Screen not optimized for iPhone X

Great game, wish I could play it efficiently. iPhone X screen cuts off the UI, so I can’t move ships from one star system to another. Also can’t see enemy debuffs in battle. Please optimize for iPhone X screen, this game is super interesting.

I thought this game was going to be a stupid nerdy role playing game that was over complicated but I still gave it a try. It is super fun. It surpassed my exceptions by a lot.
