For trips during non-peek hours, it works flawlessly. I booked a cab for my mom to take to the airport and I'm able to watch the cab's progress on the way to pick up and then while it's driving to the airport. My only concern would be during high peak hours and if you have to be somewhere at a certain time. It doesn't tell you that you have a cab until a driver actually "picks up" the booking, which in my experience has been a few min before I need to be picked up. If you book it hours in advance, you really have no clue if a cab is going to pick you up or lot.

Needs More Location Options

I've only used the app a few times, but it's use of location services has led the drive to the wrong address twice, which lead to the driver calling me to get the correct address. In a city as congested as Houston with so many cabs, things can get confusing fast. If you could add the option to enter a specific address or group of addresses (i.e. Home, Work, etc.) into my personal settings, it would really streamline things.

After booking your ride through the app, you get an email confirmation. This is my third time using this. My previous two times were great and the drivers came either early or on-time. Today, they were 42 minutes late, and I had to call at the pick up time to check if they were on way still, only to find out that the booking was cancelled. How did that happen? That's a Fail. As the app user, you have the ability to cancel it, but I didn't cancel it. So what happened? Call ahead to double check.

When you try and enter time for pickups the screen to enter a time and date does not show correctly and the app freezes. Utterly useless. If you want to compete with Uber you are going to have to update the app!!!
