An excellent digital version of the card game

Quartex

Haggis is easy to learn, but hard to master. The AI is quite good, the interface easy to use and the graphic design simple yet pretty. A great little card game.

Great card game

smitka133

This is a great card game and this app is a good way to learn and practice.

Great Game

I love Haggis and this is a great version. The AI could be smarter though, and I'd kill for a multiplayer online option.

Could be 5 Stars

The Neuronet Processor

The game is really good, but this app needs enhancements. 1. Be able to change AI difficulty. AI needs to be tougher and also able to make bets. 2. There needs to be an elaborate 'You Win' screen or 'You Lose' screen. 3. iPhone 5 support. 4. And a stat screen to see how many times you've won or lost over time.

Very good, but one scoring error

Anonymous DC metro rider

This is a very nice implementation of an outstanding card game. But the rules in my published copy of the game state that the first player to go out in a 3-player game gets 5 bonus points. The app doesn't give that, which is significant. Hence, I stick to 2-player.

Great game.

Haggiz

Love this even more than the actual card game. One complaint. I noticed that when the opponent was only one card left and it's a wild card it looks like they have 2 cards. You see the wild card and one card in their pile. Would love to see Game Center integration for multiplayer.

Fun game but app needs multiplayer

Htbou

This is a good implementation of the physical game, but because the AI is not stellar and the app does not offer multiplayer the game gets a little stale after a while. If it had multiplayer this would be a great app.

Excellent Adaptation

scamp115

The production quality in this game is fantastic. The art is colorful and crisp. The game's controls are intuitive and don't get in the way during gameplay. I would love to see a multiplayer mode whether over local wifi or over the internet. If not a multiplayer mode, this game could use some AI difficulty options to provide a greater challenge to experienced players. Finally, a step by step tutorial game would go a long way towards helping new players understand the game. Even after reading the full rule set I didn't quite understand the importance of going out versus gaining points from cards. This made the function and importance of bombs confusing. In closing this game gets the basics right, and it's a blast to play. There are a few additions that would certainly help its longevity, but there is no reason to not pick up this game.

Gorgeous and Fun Game

Amphian

The graphics are beautiful and the game is well designed and interesting to play. I’d like be able to turn off the music (lovely though it is) separately from the card sounds. The pass button is a little too easy to hit by accident when reaching for one of the wild cards.

Try if you like cribbage

Great 2 or 3 handed card game
