» How it works:
1. Set up a habit
2. Tell HabitBull how you went for a day
3. Watch your daily streak increase

Habits are no more than routines which you perform subconsciously. To build one - train yourself. To break one, find another one which is similar, yet different and nicer, and repeat it until it sticks.

To assist you with this HabitBull lets you set reminders for each habit and displays them on days when you need to be successful. This is especially useful if you have a to do list with repeating tasks or if you want to be reminded to do the same thing every day. It can also be used as a calendar planning tool or checklist, but also as a very effective repeating reminder (e.g. to drink water every 2 hours).

HabitBull does feel a little like a game in which you compete with yourself. The task is to get a long streak for the habit you are working on by covering your goals. The longer the better. It takes a couple of months to fully build a new routine, so don't give up - it takes time and if you are consistent it will work; even if it takes a few attempts.

There are many things which you may want to improve. HabitBull can be used as a planner in building habits like taking your pills regularly, exercise, or keep to a diet. It can also be used as a helper for people suffering from memory problems. As for your vices, HabitBull can be a useful goal tracking tool, or a smart notebook, to assist you while breaking bad habits like nail-biting, drinking alcohol and even improving your dating skills.
It is entirely up to you, really. But why not give it a try and have a convenient helper on the go?

Great App to Keep Yourself Accountable
Tessie Mueller

The app is pretty “no frills,” but it’s nicely customizable, including options to set reminders throughout the day. I suffer from anxiety-induced repetitive behaviors like skin picking and hair pulling, and this app has been incredible for the past few months at honestly tracking my progress and providing me with daily reminders to help me train myself out of it. I look forward to using it to work on other health and lifestyle goals too!

Awesome app!
CynZol

I love the personification in the notifications, it’s like a best friend is helping me reach my goals! The analytics and data views of my progress are also very helpful! It’s like I have a motivational coach for all the things I want to do in my life! So happy with this purchase.

What I was looking for!
jerlin0111

I can track upto 5 habits with the free version. That is more than enough for me. The interface is easy to use and is keeping me on track.

Great app
IceCream512

This app is one of the best habit trackers in the App Store. For this app, you don’t have to pay to use it and you could add up to 5 activities without paying. You can customize the activity to fit in your schedule and you can chose a cute color to go with it! This is a great app and I hope it keeps getting better and better.

Odd choice of loading screen and no iPhone X screen size support
Pooterny

I like this app and recommend it frequently. Would be five stars save two things: 1. They have not updated the app for the iPhone X screen ratio. 2. For some reason they have an attractive girl in leggings from behind as their splash/loading screen. I recommend this app to my clients for use with their nofap goals and it’s just not great. Also it just seems random.

Super good!
commonrivers

Helps me keep my priorities in order! Easy to use, too!

Totally unusable in dark mode
Parki3n

I loved the idea of this app and the look of the screenshots, but it’s totally unusable in dark mode. You can’t see any text at all. I wish the developer would update it so I could give it a try.

Something is definitely broken
ziyadAbouelenin

The app screen is smaller than the phone screen. I Can not add reminders. The picture used by default when opening the app before entering passcode, why can’t I change or just eliminate it? It worked better on my Android device

Bad UI
mimghaaf

The UI was really awful I downloaded it and immediately after opening app I’ve deleted it because of the bad user interface

Constant premium pop-up
J-Wolfdog

Would be five stars without the incessant pop-up trying to get me to pay $20/year for premium. Several times it's popped up as I try to tap something else, and it starts the purchase process so I have to cancel out of it. Really helpful app, but a bit over-aggressive marketing really taints the experience.
