I’m not rating the app itself. I have had my Habbo account for years. I’ve put a lot of money into it buying furni. Now all of my furni is gone?? I’ve reached out to Sulake about this, and they refuse to even reply. It’s ridiculous. Wasted money over the years.

I love the game so far and it's cool, there is one major problem. There's not much to do. You basically just talk to people and that's about it. It's still pretty fun though.

I can’t log into the account in my phone ... always is saying to enter when there is connection ... is not the first time I use the app on the phone but idk

I've logged in multiple times but in human verification it says I'm a robot and when I pass human verification it says my email and password do not match. I'm just trying to claim my reward from Hotel Hideaway. :(

So my last review was about the insane amount of crashes. It was so bad the game would load and crash instantly. 2 stars. Well that’s fix but the 2 stars is staying. Why you ask? Easy, the loading times are horrendous. It seems all I do is wait. And wait.. aand wait... aaand wait. It’s definitely not my phone or internet connection. I play the game on my computer no problem but the mobile version, on any device I’ve tried it one, is just so slow to load. Speed it up a bit would ya? Lol.

It’s a great game played since I was a kid but you should give people and incentive to play again it’s honestly dying. AND bring back old school rares and make them slightly different. Club sofa, holos, dragon lamps, majestic chairs, imp teles etc...

This game has many bugs and glitches but we won’t talk about that.. I am really annoyed how you can just go in to setting and press a delete tab, I’m mean like seriously?! I am trying to delete to accounts that I don’t use anymore. Please fix this problem.

Heard a lot about the game, looked cool, moved over from playing Runescape. But the iPhone X distorts the screen, and it seems very laggy. Nothing to do. Seems to be a dying game but seems like it would be cool if was updated

Hello Habbo, I have been having one little issue with your app, you see I forgot my password and every time I send a recovery email to my account it doesn’t send, can you please fix this issue I would love get back on Habbo (technically I never went on Habbo, I set my password up last night and forgot it).
