I try to play so I did and for me there is all ways a maintenance break I try to play it but now I turned my attention to HH(Hotel Hideaway)I want y’all to know is plz fix it or I will never come back to it HH IS BETTER ????????

I am lucky to have enough money to spend thousands on a game I support, as a teenager this game was something I grew up on. Therefor when I had the money I was able to purchase credits and spend thousands supporting sulake. Well, my account was locked for “suspicious activity” for buying “too many” credits from their game store. I appealed the lock which took 8-15 days for a reply, had to show all my purchases and ID in order to get to an actual support agent. This has happened 5 times now, but also lost my original account back in 2011 that was banned for the same reason. I decided to try to appeal that past account for the ban (which was up in 2019) but they told me that my account was deleted after 2016 and no longer able to be unbanned. Yet the time of the ban was almost up, seeing as it was 2019 at the time I decided to appeal the ban for my old account. I have all the purchase receipts and documents, all the replies from support and all my account info over the years. Honestly, I think this company is pretty corrupt. They allow you to spend money without any guarantee you’ll even get it, when you do you don’t have a limit but if you spend to much they lock or ban your account until the purchases are proved through a horrible support system that takes anywhere from 10-30 days to reply, that may or may not be an automated tip system. It’s disgusting, if they were an American company they wouldn’t last more than a few days.

Been playing since 2007 on my current account and on an older one since early 2006. The reason I give a 3 star is because I enjoy PC Habbo a lot of the times and the app needs a lot of work. I wish more people would play though. Like you guys did more advertising and brought in more people. I remember when Habbo used to be packed. It’s not no more. But for the app just fix all the bugs and add what’s supposed to be added because it’s missing a lot compared to the PC.

I love this game. Favorite game ever. Just make sure to steer clear from scammers, fake people. I recently got harassed by this one person. They kept making like 20+ accounts to harass me. I think that should be changed. You should be able to make one or two accounts not multiple especially to harasse someone.
