I spent a few hours setting everything up. Then I went to the gym opened my watch and started a routine. Guess what? Despite all the advertising that only works if you pay the monthly premium fee. So it’s completely useless and less you want to spend a monthly fee.
App doesn’t upgrade on Apple Watch

I thought this app was gonna be awesome at first.. After I began to use for a few exercises it said I needed to upgrade to premium.. I did and the app never synced the upgrade and gave an error msg in settings when trying to sync to iPhone.. Paid $4.99 for nothing and never got any help from the developer or Apple!!! You guys need to fix or get rid of this app..

I have been using this product now for 4 months. I think this app is top-notch in such a crowded market. It has contributed to me gaining at least 5 pounds of muscle. Things I would like to see added: -A feature within guided mode which counts within the last couple of reps in the set telling you encouraging words to help finish your set. -A button shortcut to pause the workout. Or Siri command to pause the workout. -A section to write notes for the workout. Guided or Freemode. -In Guided Mode if I change the weight of the first set default that new weight for the rest of the sets for that exercise. I will probably have more ideas very soon. Things I’ve had an issue with: -almost every workout it keeps telling me to purchase or restore my purchase even though I bought the annual membership. Each time it does this, I have to keep uninstalling and installing the app to use guided mode. This is frustrating because I have to keep teaching the app my motions and weight synced. Other than that it’s working great. Maybe add an option to purchase this app for a one time fee charge like 99.99; I don’t know offer something reasonable.

Great app to track your workout, but whenever there’s an update app tends to lose your data.
Amazing motion tracking...but that’s it.

This is a good app for tracking your motion and recognition of exercises. It’s so nice to not have to keep logging info during a workout but unfortunately the convenience stops there. Unfortunately it’s not 100% accurate and usually misses a rep in the beginning and at the end. Unfortunately there is room for improvement for editing exercises from the watch, it is cumbersome to keep fixing the auto log and there’s no way to bulk update or go back a set. The way the app works it’s very easy to accidentally log a set and you have to go back and delete them and re-add them. If this could get cleaned up it would be easier to use the auto log feature The worst part of the app is the guided workouts. They have no guide without using the internet to go to a website that explains them but it would be easier to google it at that point. No instructions transfer to the app or the watch and it really makes the app harder to use for an entire workout. They seem to have ignored a lot of the guidance so you already need to know what you’re doing before getting into this app.

Interrupts music and my entire workout is missing. Glitchy and unreliable. Have to log after every workout is not realistic for me

I’m having a problem where my Apple Watch will give me an error from the app saying that logs cannot be transferred to the cloud because of server issues. In addition, the app on my phone is creating extra sets that I never did and I had to manually delete them. Please look into this I am a paying customer thank you.
