Provides all you need while allowing freedom in the one variable that it should, which is the amount of weight. I feel better in just two weeks of doing the fat burner workout and have lost two inches already! While resting after my second of three sets, I check the app for the next exercise so I can go right to it without delay when done with my last set. I've got muscles I didn't know I had!
