Best app for weight training

Bajshdkaosbd

I really like this app because it is the only app i could find that gives you your previous sessions next to your current training session so it makes it easy to compare and push yourself. You can plan out all your workouts in advance. Great work love the app - also purchased the pro version works great

The best app for strength training

Solarusdude

I've tried a number of workout apps for strength training and Gym Log+ is definitely the best one out there. What really makes this app stand out is its core functionality (e.g. tracking sets, tracking progress, integration with the Apple Watch, integration with HealthKit) while cutting out all the bloat that other apps try to include like videos, virtual trainers, and pointless subscription services.

Best I can find

Yazheirx

With a good timer system, the ability to create multiple workouts, and Apple Health Kit integration this is the best weight lifting app I can find. I have used it to execute lifting, stretching, and physical therapy. The only additions I could ask for would be to have the calories spent added to the health app.

App shutting down

Superset mode shuts down app when planning workouts

Awesome Workout App!!!!

Big Hoss 7

This is the best workout app I've seen especially for this price!! No monthly/annual subscription just a one time pro upgrade! Plus it offers super sets which most of the more expensive workout apps don't!

Impressed

Orozcomb84

Very impressed with this app. I like that i can put in or make my own workout routine and it provides stats such as PRs, compares you workouts, etc but what i like most is that it calculates calories burned doing strength training routines as well as for cardio. You can easily put in custom exercises that you find from the internet or wherever. Maybe the database for exercises could improve as far as including more but again very easy to add in case its not there. Other app you are not able to customize your routines that was my major factor why i stuck with this app. Just wish it would sync with MFP.

Good

FF33

I like the Apple Watch program from this app. I can keep track of my workout and love the rest timer between sets. I would like to see some kind of time stamp or start and end time of workout on the phone app. Sometime I want to know the exact time I began the workout.

I dont write reviews often...

Einwb3

However, I will for an exceptionally great app- and its free! Not only does it help you track your exercises/progress with a cleaner layout than ANY other app thus far, it also has a list of a good amount of exercises so you dont have to keep looking up how to properly perform a set. Far surpassed expectations.

Very good app

It appears that the iCloud syncing issues have been fixed in the last update. This was my only complaint with this app as i like to use either my phone or iPad depending on where I'm at.

Great

I was so gym buddy disappeared but the blessing has been finding Gym Logs plus. I went through 8 or so apps before I found one that had the flexibility I needed. Great app.
