I’m Confused Where The Story At?

The Game Is Good But It Needs Some Mark Where The Story Leads At.

I love this game been playing it for 5yrs. But since the last update i'm unable to play the stages on my 5s. And the game developers have abandoned us with a very buggy version.

This is my favorite game atm, I played like 2 years ago and stopped because I got frustrated from not passing a stage and not realizing how I could easily pass it by playing other events available and get more levels and equipment. I recently started playing a week ago and I can’t put it down, I love having so many things to do and work for to hopefully achieve from hard work and grinding. Many stages to play, items and customization to acquire, I just wish we could have unlimited stamina or just a faster way or more consistent way to earn crystals. I wish more people would play, and awesome game for so much hours of playtime. :)

Crashes make it unplayable

I loved this game and started playing it like 6 years ago, but now it crashes whenever I try to play a level. I tried going to app support from the App Store link but the site is in Chinese, so I can’t navigate it. I’ve also tried playing on my newer android phone, but the character data isn’t transferring for some reason. My character is level 238, but after installing, downloading, and connecting to Facebook I had to start completely over on that phone. I can log in with my character data just fine on this iPhone, but as I stated before it crashes every time it tries to load a level. I’d really like to be able to play this game again, but the time and money I’ve already spent on this game makes me not want to even play if I have to start from scratch.

My main problem is the exploration didn’t pop up during my level. I was suppose to get the 5 star familiar but it said to clear the birth stage which it didn’t appear to me. The task is still there and now I’m getting confused about this. Also I’m at level hundred with a familiar but the exploration didn’t pop up. Can you fix this because I want to finish the the task that’s been their long time.

I’ve been playing for 3 years the best game I have ever played but I recently switched from android to i phone which I Regret because when I login using Facebook on my iPhoneMy character ID is the same as it should be because I lets me know if it’s my account or not but when I login its almost like it has reset my account but not the same on android everything is fine but I wish I could play on my new phone I’m not even sure if it’s my phone or not sense logging in with Facebook on other Games I haven’t had this problem
