I've been playing this game since last year i was level 90 and when I updated I lost all of my items I'm not very happy about this please fix this problem :(

After the latest update, my account was deleted with everything I earned gone. Spent money on the game to support it and now I have nothing to show for it, and was not helped when I asked support to get my account back. You should not support this company.

So after I lost my account on guns girl last year, I have not touched this game for a long time. I was so upset that I did not want to play it again, but still see what they update on the game on Facebook and what not. Especially the comics. So I decided to reply the hole game all over again and give it another go. It's going to take some time till I'm back at lvl 198, but at least in my new playthrough; I will get different/legendary gear and weapons. So this game is back on my #1 list!

Crashes all the time!

This game is super awesome when you actually get to play it. It crashes literally every time I try to play an event stage, and crashes often when I just try to do a battle in general. Its really frustrating, please fix.

The devs run events and claim you will get certain item(s) as rewards. When you don't get the reward item(s) and contact support they claim you didn't qualify for the rewards, based on different rules than were originally posted for the event. They also don't have a great grasp of english grammar and don't make any efforts to correct unclear in-game wordings. Don't bother with this game until they have a US based team to actually honor event rewards as written and to correct the widespread in-game text errors and confusing text. I love the new version with this great new "feature": Random Crashing! That's right, as an 'improvement' to the game it now crashes randomly. Good Job guys! Please don't spend any money on this game. My account was suddenly wiped one day. Even though I had linked a facebook account and have records of multiple in-game purchases the devs 'can't' restore my account or progress, even though they are supposed to be able to, and can't say why. Apple was fine with refunding all my purchases after they investigated and found the devs would not restore my account and wouldn't say why.

This game has came a long way since I first started playing 3-4 years ago. Once the original company(mihoyo) started running the game there has been a lot of improvements. My game use to crash on me all the time now I don't remember the last time it's happened. This game isn't pay at all. There are tons of free weapons that can take you far in the game. You get 60 free crystals a day just for quest, 800 every two weeks for finishing guild stages, 50-300 for guild wars depending on your ranking, and there are events that give out 1000+ depending on your score. Try the game out and I'm sure you'll love it. Plus if you follow the games Facebook page or discord they announce competitions for even more free crystals and gear.
