Deaf?

RogueLancer

It cannot hear what I'm playing. At. All. It is ridiculous. Nevertheless, still a great app! This is a five star, but I am keeping it at three until my problem is solved...

Could not login

Marty BeeRolla

After 30 minutes of trying to login, I gave up.

Wow!

Rickdis

What a great way to learn for someone who has only tried and gotten nowhere before! Customer service was awesome when i counted them! I can see real progress after only 1 week!! Tons of lessons and exercises!

A solid basis for starting

slowknowing

No app will replace the hours of dedicated practice it takes to master a musical instument. However, if you're looking for a solid start, this is a good app. There are going to be some tough lessons that will require patience, but come on, you can do it. No pain, no gain. Buy this app and do an hour a day for a year and you ate on you're way.

This is a total rip off!

MineMaster3080

If I could I would give it 0 stars??! They give u the challenges and the first 2 lessons and that's it? What type of app is this? When I first got this it was great! Now it stinks!! $49.99 just for the first course? I don't think so!

Why?

Deffz

I own rock smith I hate it if anything it teaches you how to play at a faster tempo much like this software. It gives you lessons and exercises but doesn't print them on screen you have to play the exercise and race against the computer hit the wrong strings and learn nothing. Lessons and scales should be graphs on the screen pictures not racing the computer for a score. The games should be used to reinforce not solely teach.

8.2 Problem

Lilgerm74

Love the app! BUT after 8.2 update it continuously crashes without opening. C'mon Apple!

Not usable

Imtravb

Lessons crash instantly on iPhone 5s and iPad 2 iOS 8.2

The learning system is pretty good

Introspectif

But the app is atrocious. It's a simple web wrapper and it's super buggy. Crash crash crash ....

Developed by musicians

ChCastro

I mean literally, it seems the developers are very good musicians. A poor user interface together with a unpractical landscape-always mode in a web-like screen with no way to copy-paste anything (try resetting your password and type letter by letter the string sent for reset). Altogether makes this a good guitar app (therefore 2 stars) caged in a sad music box.
