Really good app. Makes it very easy to learn at your pace and when it fits your schedule. "Jam Session" feature makes practicing fun. It's like playing with a band. Instructors are great!
Great App for Beginner

Only been using the full version for about 3 weeks now but so far it's great. I really appreciate the way the learning is structured. So far I can only master the simple chords but Lisa McCormicks lessons and tips on what to look for if my chords aren't clean have been spot on and very useful. I also appreciate that I can look forward and plink around with other things so that the simple and routine things aren't boring. Two thumbs up so far!
Just excellent!!! Worth every penny

This is a great guitar course, worth every penny!!! I've been playing for 10 months, the first three I took lessons at a local guitar center. This course is very well structured and I was a able to pick up right were I left. Also, you have the flexibility of taking classes at your convenience and at a very small fraction of personnal instruction.

Wish they had more metal songs. Not even one for Ozzy or Slayer. Lessons are pretty good but has a lot of filler that gets annoying. Might get my refund before 60 days due to poor song selections.

I've been a member since 2011 and check it out several times a week. The instructors are top notch and there is a great variety of genres and time periods. Check it out!
WONDERFUL GUITAR LEARNING APP (on any level)

This is an amazing Guitar playing app. They teach Guitar lessons all the way from beginner to pro in many different categories, from Classical to Metal and several others including Blues and Country. They also teach you how to play note by note MANY specific songs like The Beatles, Blackbird. And they have backing tracks to go with most of these lessons and all the songs, so that as you play the guitar you can hear, the drums, the bass,and the vocals if their are any of these in the lesson, or song. This helps you learn to keep time and speed up your playing. You not only learn how to play guitar through them, you also learn music theory. This will help you learn to play any instrument. You really do want to keep and you will not regret getting your membership once you have got it. They are wonderful and worth every penny.

This app is a good learning tool and the instructors are pretty good. I can always find something new.
