PAINFUL to use

I deleted this about 10 min after using it. VERY VERY PAINFULLY SLOW! It would not refresh when I tried a new search. Horrible waste of time!
Make it work!!

Way too slow to use on the phone. What's the reason for having it in the first place! It's unuseable now

Only thing this app is worth is nothing. It shows your ID card. Who cares, it would be nice if you could see your statements
Mere token app, not buggy but not much use

This is an extremely limited app, in the sense that you can see your ID cards and that's about all. You need to log out to search for a provider. A few things it needs to be able to do to be of better use: - show coverage details. - show past claims, remaining deductible. - remember login. - allow user to remain logged on while searching for provider. - save favorite providers. - enable scheduling with providers, one touch call to providers. - provide faxing of ID card (then we can fax it to dr's office)
Painful as a root canal

If you are a new user you can't create an account through the app. Also. if you search for providers they all have the same address. Lol. Those are two huge problems that I saw in 30 seconds and then deleted it
