Don't bother

Good for finding a provider, but my login (which works on the website) doesn't work on the app, so I can't even get a copy of my card... which is what I really wanted. Everything else is available on the web. No link to reset password on the app and customer service had no tech support.

I have to agree with most of the other reviewers. This app is a complete disaster. I can't even log in! Don't waste your time on this mess.

Non-functional app desperately needs update

This app hasn't been updated in over three years; because it hasn't been updated for 64-bit compatibility, it will trigger a system alert when launched ("This app may slow down your system"). But that's nearly irrelevant given that it won't accept the username/password combination that can be used to log into the website, making the app completely useless. I guess we'll just have to learn to use the website instead.

Needs update.

Ableton with windows

This app is terrible. You can't even log in. Logging into the app will tell you you have invalid credentials even though you can log in to their website. Customer service is also no help they'll tell you everything is working fine on their end. Totally useless unless you need something to take up space on your phone.

This app doesn't work at all. It send me a message that my username and password is incorrect. That is wrong, because I am able to login into the website without any problems. What a piece of junk!

Are you going to update for IOS 11 At moment the system is telling me there are no updates in the work this means the app will not work on IOS 11

The app does not seem to be supported any longer and does not work.

I just updated my phone to iOS 11 and it says that I can’t use the app at all until it gets updated. Please update this app. I use it to store my insurance card. Not being able to use it is an inconvenience.
