Love the game but

I absolutely love this game because it lets me level up my pets on the go while also playing a genuinely fun game. But I keep being logged out and when I log back in I need to verify my account by logging on to the wizard101 website. Nothing wrong with the game itself but this issue becomes increasingly more annoying every time it does it.

I tried logging in using my username and password and it said it couldn’t connect to server. Also needs massive update to fit new iPhone screens. Resolution shows the age of this app.

This was a good game and it got me a lot of good rewards but now it doesn’t let me log in to my account. It always says there is a connection error.

For over a year every time I try log in it says error connecting to the server. And yes I did contact support and the issue was not resolved

Since the latest ios update, grub guardian keeps saying there are server issues. On my other device that I have not updated it still works. Please fix this issue.

Ever since the latest iOS update the game would not let you login in to your account, this is bad since you can’t even complete a level on freekigames since it won’t even give you rewards because of “server issues” please fix it. It wasn’t perfect before this update as it would still kick you out sometimes and you wouldn’t get rewards but at least it worked most of the time.

Hey kingsisle! I’m just writing this review to let you know that ever since the new IOS update came out, players are unable to log into grub guardian. This app is what allows me to buy crowns(I use iTunes since I don’t have a credit card) and I won’t be able to do so without this app! Let me know if this is fixed. Thanks! Jonathan DeathSlinger
