Connection Problem.

Hi, I would like to say that you guys should update this app, or fix some bugs because for some reason it keeps saying “connection failed” or “lost” after every map I do, I checked my connection and it was working just fine on any other app. Please if you see this update it because I did the maps so many times and won but didn’t get rewards because it keeps saying “connection failed” for no reason.

I spend 15 minutes on one map. I get a gold medal and right when I’m about to collect my in game rewards for the completion it says that the website went down while I was playing and ends up not giving me rewards or my medal of completion. It opens me a new map though. I won’t continue playing or fix the rating unless you fix this issue. I’m playing for rewards that I’m not receiving and I have to play a map multiple times for it to count as progress.
Connection or maintenance issue message

Whenever I complete a map for prize there is a message that says I have connection issues or the website is under maintenance. The message reloads the game to the main menu and I don’t get credit for the medal or any rewards. The game is very enjoyable and I would rate the game higher if I could earn rewards. In addition this only seems to happen with the Avalon and Celestia maps.
Overall fun but has its issues

I really like this game. It’s really nice to gain things for your wizard by using this. However while playing It keeps saying disconnected from the server and causing me to lose all of my progress. This can be incredibly frustrating especially when I made it pretty far in the game. I’m not sure why this is happen because nothing is wrong with my internet. If you could look into this I would greatly appreciate it
Great idea, execution is laggy

The app’s connection to internet is super touchy. I’m aware it could be an issue with my ‘old’ iPhone 6, but I’ve reached the end of the 3rd level four times and right as I’m finishing I get an error that the connection was lost; it sends me back to the menu without points. I also get a disconnect error (that sends me to the menu) when I select the ‘crown’ options during the game as well. I would love to grind this app today seeing as I won’t be logging into the game to train my pet, but it’s virtually impossible as I keep getting booted while my WiFi and all other internet apps are working perfectly fine... Is there a fix?

I used to play this game everyday and loved it but now? No dice. Like others have been saying, the “connection” issue when I try to claim my prizes is super annoying. It’s almost like they don’t want to actually reward you. Waste of time now.

I keep getting disconnected, both on WiFi and cellular data. I love tower defense and think this game does a good job at it, but when I disconnect right before I finish or as I’m feeding my pet, it’s really disappointing. They probably won’t fix it at this point, so don’t bother.
