Great app but should be able to ban people from chats. Instead of just removing. Creator of groupchat should have more control.

This beats group texting ??! I manage two softball teams so dealing with a max of 10 contacts hinders me since we play with 12. Best part yet, since not everyone is an iPhone user, you can mute the groups!! HUGE so my friends aren't getting annoyed at work and losing battery life. You can still send and share pictures and files. Simple but effective. The noise effect is sweet. Awesome app!

I don't love that you can not hide the private chats, if you do they will not be about to private chat you again in the future.

I tried to use the app in order to get around the iPhones ten number limit on text messages for a youth softball team I coach. It works good for that but if a person doesn't have the app and don't respond to the messages GroupMe will stop sending them messages and there is no way to override that or any instructions.
