Can't change my phone number linked with my account without support and I personally don't like the feel of the messaging system. Telegram is faster.

I've downloaded this app to talk in group with coworkers but all the messages go into my phone and not the app at all and that's pretty annoying!! And the group me support takes FOREVER to respond. My SMS delivery is off. So idk what the problem is.

Been using this app for years, lately it's been buggy, my phone is new so it's not my phone and I've deleted and re downloaded plenty of times. Still laggy loading chats, sending messages. After iOS 10 update, more noticeable lag

My family uses this when traveling internationally. Works as advertised. No problems. Group & individual messaging is the same. Only "issue" is that there's no way to delete conversations. They can only be "hidden" and can be "un-hidden" in the app. Not a problem for us, but it might be for those looking for more security.
