Needs a new fix

I love the program, but when I updated to the iPad Air 2 it will load once and the next time it will not load. If I delete it and reinstall it will open once and same thing again. Please fix the glitch.

The app used to search for local grocery stores when locating services is turned on but it doesn't anymore. Stores open and change ownership and I can't add to the stores list. I really like this app and have used it for over a year now. Please fix.

Won't even open

This use to be my favorite shopping list app but with the last update, it has now made my list of trash apps. The darn thing won't even open so it is unusable. A piece of paper and pen work better than this app. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that made no difference. Don't waste your time with this broken app.

No longer works

The app used to work, now suddenly it won't open. It thought at one point that it was worth having, now I need to search for another app that meets my need.

When are you going to fix this? The last update, to Version 4.3.3.10 has rendered this app useless on iPad. It won't load. The same app, same version on iPhone 5 works fine.

This was my favorite shopping app until the last update! Every time I try to open on my iPad, the stupid thing freezes. I loved being able to sync with my phone list. Please fix.

The lack of professionalism on the part of this company is very sad. It appears as though they do not care that their customers are very unhappy and dissatisfied. If you are not going to fix this app, just tell us. Respond to the reviews, the requests for help, etc. and let us know what is going on.

Paid app works still

Since I use this app constantly I emailed the tech support. They said they had the fix made but were still waiting on Apple to approve it and get it out on the App Store as an update. I found out the paid app does work fine on the iPad, so I got that and have my lists back. Plus now I don't have to wait for ads to load. So for me it was a better solution than waiting for the fix.

I have been using this for over a year, and now with the latest update it won't open on my iPad. I may delete this app and load a different one. This has been too many weeks without a bug fix.

I have used this app enough to think about paying for it but now it will not even load on my iPad after an update. What has happened? Works fine on my iPhone with the same OS so I am baffled. You will have to win my trust back before I will pay for it. Diana
