Help! Not working!

I bought this app and it was working perfectly but now when I’m trying to make a 3x3 grid it reduces the grid to 3x2 automatically! What’s going on?

My only issue is, when I add a video to the grid, the quality takes a hit. ? I can’t even use the video for its intended use. If there’s a way to fix that, this would be five star.

No response from developer for 2 weeks and app does not work. Developer website is blank. I’m guessing their either done with this app or done with developing iOS apps altogether.

Paid for the upgrade. If I try to pay again I get a notification saying that I’ve already paid for the app. But it won’t remove the adds or watermark. So frustrating.
Warning this app doesn’t restore your purchase if you get a new device

I just bought this app 3 days ago on my iPhone 8, and I just got an iPhone 11, installed the app & have been trying to restore my purchase for several hours today and yesterday and it’s not working. It seems to they deliberately don’t load the restore button so you have to buy it again which is super annoying and terrible customer service. On top of that there is no way to contact the developer for help. Other than that it is a great app, but beware you will need to repay if you get a new device.

Do not buy the pro it’s a waist of money after I paid for the App it didn’t work crushes all of a sudden so disappointed there is no way to contact the developers

It will not post to instagram! Doesn’t give me the option and no way to ask for help. I’m not tech dumb either.
How to add videos

I purchased this app just so I can add videos to each grid post and it does not allow me to do it. I either need instructions or my $3 back. Thanks
