Warning this app doesn’t restore your purchase if you get a new device – Grid Post Pic Collage Maker Review

I just bought this app 3 days ago on my iPhone 8, and I just got an iPhone 11, installed the app & have been trying to restore my purchase for several hours today and yesterday and it’s not working. It seems to they deliberately don’t load the restore button so you have to buy it again which is super annoying and terrible customer service. On top of that there is no way to contact the developer for help. Other than that it is a great app, but beware you will need to repay if you get a new device.
