I love creating cards with Felt. It is easy and fun and they look great in their finished state!
What a mess

After previous use of the app, spent 20 minutes creating a photo card, THEN got prompted to login. Won’t acknowledge my login info although it worked before and still valid on the Felt website. Gave up hope of saving my work and requested a password change. System said it sent a link to do so, but it never arrived. Put in a complaint on the chat bot which said they usually respond in a few hours (which is fantastic when you’re trying to send a card right now). NEVER HEARD BACK. It goes without saying that there is no phone number available, but I’ll say it. Absolutely fabulous service. I hope they get a competitor soon that values their users.

And option to write cards from my browser or from a desktop app on my PC or Mac would be really nice. Doing a complete card for my phone is a little difficult. Also more font size options. One size is too small the next size is way too big.

This is a great idea, but it needs work, it feels very clumsy. I haven’t seen the card yet, but it better look amazing. It took forever to make using this app. Just typing the address was a huge pain.
I want to love this app... but the glitches make it hard

I REALLY want to love this app, but all the constant glitches make it SO hard to!! I HATE how you can only use the app in landscape mode(ie turning your phone to the side) and I HATE that every single time I click on a category of card, it glitches and sends me to another category. Every. Time. To the developers- PLEASE step your game up so I can justify continuing the subscription and not just using InkCards whose platform is SOOO much more user friendly. I love the cards here and the many options, but it’s not enough to keep me as a customer if the glitches don’t get under control.

Design is great, function is not. I tried checking out and repeatedly failed at every step of the way. It was shocking how bad the checkout experience was: promo codes didn’t work, Apple Pay kept failing, using the subscription credits failed. I eventually exited out of the whole thing and then advanced back to the checkout and it worked at last after more than thirty minutes of struggling. I will not be using this app again.

Aside from making cards simple to send, this company truly stands behind their work. I made an error, and they went above and beyond to correct it and help me. It’s when things go wrong that companies are truly tested and this company over-performed.

The Felt app opens up a world of opportunity for those looking to send cards off to loved ones. The app is easy to use, offers plenty of excellent templates and best of all, has excellent customer service. Beyond their cards, Felt can deliver gifts to your special someone. A recent example being the dark chocolate liquors being offered for Father’s day (2019). Genuinely good quality chocolate packed in a sleek, faux leather box, it’s a gift anyone would be happy to unwrap. Thank you Felt, for enabling me to effortlessly send cards in the mail. I wouldn’t do it without you.
