App keeps crashing. So time consuming.

App keeps crashing. Cards and addresses aren’t saved correctly. Even w app updates, I have to do an order multiple times to get it sent. Because it’s so time consuming, I can’t finish an order and have to come back to it later and often the deadline passes and I lose my credits. I’ve tried my iPhone 11 and new iPad and the app keeps crashing on both. So frustrating. I just sent an order and it took over an hour and I did the card over five times before it sent. This happens more often than not.

التطبيق ليس بسهولة التعامل معه ، وايضا غالي بحيث كل ثلاثة بطاقات ب 6$ وهذا امر غير جيد ، ينبغي ان يكون مجاني مدعوم بالاعلانات . هناك تطبيقات اخرى افضل منه بكثير وارخص سعرا .

Cool Idea for an app

It is a great idea and I've looked at it and it looks cool! I need to get a stylus tho because it's really hard to write with fingers. Very cute cards. The cards are pretty small and are more like post cards. They look cute but not you original card. RECOMMENDATION: there is nothing inside the cards but a white page, so it would be cool if you had the opportunity to pick a saying to put inside. Great overall app

I love this app. I think it is brilliant. Saw you on TV on sharks and fell in love with the company even more. You earned my brand loyalty... wish you nothing but love and happiness. Brilliant idea and wonderful product. Question: can I send cards to Canada, Hong Kong and Western Europe?

Letter was returned to me

I sent international letter and they took money but couple weeks later the letter was returned due to insufficient postage, Felt put one Forever stamp on an international letter, what a scam!!! Contact the felt but no response, what to expect from scammers! _———_————=———=— Update:ok the felt just responded after 16 days from the letter returned and they offered to resend the card. Well the card was for the new year occasion and it’s useless to send new year card in the mid of January.

Now I can create just the right card, add a picture if I want, and no longer have to stand in front of the card aisle searching for something I usually never find. EASY to use, convenient!!! LOVE IT!!

App wouldn’t import my contacts. Says I was signed up, but never allowed me to log in. Had to delete because I could not get it to work.

I love the idea of this app, but it is a bit glitchy. I love the beautiful design options and the ability to hand write. I lost a card I wrote and had to start over. When I went to pay I thought it was weird that Apple Pay wasn't a quick convenient option and instead I had to type in my credit card info. I also kept getting a message to verify my zip code without any place to actually do that. I had to back out of the transaction and essentially start over again. If these bugs could get worked out so I can send cards quickly and seamlessly and change Apple Pay when I want more, then this would definitely be five star worthy.

Frames expensive for poor quality

I really like a lot about felt, but needed to write a review after experiencing the poor quality of a purchased framed picture. For $85, I would expect the 5x7 matted frame to last forever!!! Instead the back is held on by glue that has completely failed. I came home to see the back standing and the frame having fallen down. I realize $85 is partly for convenience, but still the frame should actually last.
