Very difficult to use. Tried signing in and finally had to have one of the employees help. Don!t have an App and rewards if you don’t want people to use it! Love Greene Turtle but not the trouble it is to use the app!
Needs iPhone X, Mug Club integration

App works, but not very well. Update for iPhone X would be nice. But this really needs the ability to store mug club details. Going to another location completely cuts you off from mug club membership unless you remember your number (ours closed before we could barely use it, and mug club details were not transferred to nearby stores.) Storing the mug club member status and number in the app would be handy.

This App crashes regularly

While this app is great to offer rewards for guessing Sports outcomes correctly, it is disappointing that the app crashes so frequently. If you are answering questions especially in the "winning streak" section, you're often stuck unable to navigate away from the page. The navigation/play buttons at the bottom often fall out of field and are inaccessible, the same as the top navigation wheel or info button. This will often happen on the dream/fantasy team page as well. Also, sometimes the entire Game Center won't open or load correctly. Please fix these major issues, to allow a great app to do all that it was intended to do. Thanks!
Combine rewards with original GT app

I don't know why they have to have a separate app for the Rewards. Please combine with original Greene Turtle (GT) app. I know BWW has it as one.
