I have an I-phone 7+ and have downloaded the so-called “new app” but it doesn’t show the menu at all. It just has the same boxes in the original app. What gives?
Ever since the app was changed, it has been nothing but problematic. I even emailed them and they still could not resolve the issue. Very annoying.
Can’t use it to order because when You enter a cc# you lose the continue button. Waste of time. East somewhere else.

Ever time I use this app I hope it’s improved but that’s not the case. 1) choose a burger > you have to unclick the box to choose how it’s prepared. If you don’t, you get to the end and it asks for your preference and you can’t advance 2) Want to change your phone number? Well you can, but then you can’t get off that screen. 3) Ditto #2 if you’d like to leave a tip. Can’t get off the screen. Obnoxious. But the service and food are both terrific at the North Brunswick, NJ location.
I went to order meals for my family on the app. When I went to order a signature burger it kept asking me to pick a meat temperature but there was nowhere to pick it. (I wrote medium well in the special instructions). Because I live in a huge OLD home I do not get mobile reception inside so I had to stand outside (in my pajamas) and call the order in.
I have made orders for take out and haven’t received my reward points for them. How do I get my points.
My order in the app clearly says Curb side pick up. The store Associatte never brought it out. I called and still no one would bring it out. When I went in they said my receipt says “To Go” and I have to come in. My receipt has my vehicle make-color. Why? I guess the Turtle doesn’t really offer Curb Side. No need to tip in the future if I have to walk in. 995757487
