Great

SudaWuda

This app is wonderful BUT there should be different kinds of objects like suns, black holes, and maybe nebulas. It would make things so much more fun. I would also like the ability to make a moon. When I try, the moon just flys into the main body.

Great Solar System Physics Simulator

IamZac

I'm someone who has always enjoyed physics but I've also always wanted something more than the games and simulators available. Don't get me wrong, I really love those games it's just I've been searching, for quite some time now, for a special type of simulator. I've craved for the ability to have a vacuum as my canvas and create objects of mass to see how they interact. I wanted to put objects into orbit around other objects. I thought about how neat it would be to create solar systems or work with a replica of our own then modify different aspects to see how everything was effected. Well, I was very close to attempt developing my own solution because I had so much disappointment for so long. That is, until this game was released. It's simply amazing. You can spend hours drifting off into the abyss of space. I highly recommend it! Zac

Great

Awesome game!!!!!!!!!!!

Great

Rubidiumboy

This is a really great app. All that could be better is if you added other things like neutron stars or black holes. Also maybe be able to make thing more dense

Very good, but needs a few tweaks

aninoquisi

This cool little app is very addictive. I think it has great potential to be even more so. I would love the ability to control the mass of newly created objects more precisely. Perhaps a dialog box could be popped up immediately after creation. In that dialog, you could control the mass, density, and color of the object. Right now, it's too easy to accidentallyl create an extremely massive object while fine-tuning its initial velocity. I would also like an option to increase the tiny font size on the objects' labels. One more thing -- an option in the settings dialog to view the masses in solar masses would be immensely helpful.

Heart is in the right place, but needs more work!

nerd wannabe

I love phis games and toys, and I can play with this sort of thing for hours, but sadly, this toy simply lacks features. It is hard on the eyes as well, It feels like the devs focused more on the physics then on the person who was going to be using the app. the UI is ugly and Obtuse, and even after you read all the footnotes, the degree of Customization is quite limited. There are better options out there.

Recentering function needed

_Phile

The ap is attractively minimalist, and my four-year-old son loves it. My one concern is the desperate need for a recentering function. Once you're off the grid you run the risk of losing it entirely. Loading a new system doesn't help, because it loads on the grid, which you can't find. This problem renders the preset functions of the ap entirely useless. What is really frustrating is that it would be incredibly simple to include a button that would return the user to the center of the grid. If there is already this functionality I haven't yet found it, and it isn't listed in any of the notes. Please fix and update!

Great update

Kuno155

I like the new features, especially the ability to edit the numerical values directly. Works great on my iPad mini.

New GUI

1234jh

Most of the enhancements are welcome, but I like the old force notion better. In the new version, especially in the solar system load up, I can only see acceleration force notion on Jupiter but not on other planets. The old version with line and length vector are much better than the flashing arrow without magnitude.

Great

ClassyDrews

Im in love with this app. But set mass 0 and it hangs
