Wow, what a cool app! You can really get some great sounds out of this. I dig the simplicity of the interface too. This looks like an early version, so I"m hoping the developer continues to add features over time, particularly those that make it integrate with other apps like DAWs. A really barebones manual or help section would be nice too as I'm not sure I understand every control. Excellent start! Viva Grantophone!

Im sick of music apps that try to fit everything in on a 9" screen. Oscillating synths and drums and bass and harmony and mic recording.. With the quality of each track diminishing more and more to avoid CPU dysfunction. If you need all that, do it on a laptop or PC like a normal person. DEVS- Invest time into making apps that do the crap out of one element. Why would I want to bounce a track just to have to deconstruct it all for lengthy remastering on my computer after? You're on a unique path with this app, and you're looking to do this one sound element really well. Good going, man.

Best use of the iPad real estate if seen in along time! And it sounds awesome! I've already used it in a live situation were it was a lot of fun to just jam on. COOL!peace christo

I was pleasantly pleased to find this app! Has a great sound that harkens back to old modular equipment running analog sequencers. Think Doepfer or Nord type modular synthesis on an IPhone. Needs inter app audio or Audiobus support for easy sound capture and integration with other musical apps! Still really good for jamming and synth exploration.

This app sounds great and is a wonderful concept! It is one of those apps that is fun to simply play around with because of the cool sounds it can make. It is all around brilliant! Please please please add audiobus support to your beautiful app!

I'm not a musician but love love love synth & midi apps for playing around. It's not hard to get good music out of this app, even if you're just clumsily pounding away at the screen of your phone. I can only imagine what someone with skill & intent could do with this bad boy.

This little app actually contains a synth engine more powerful than most! You can layer 12 , that's TWELVE patches, and each patch has 4 oscillators and an arpeggiator. That is a MASSIVE. Sound. That's 48 oscillators and 12 arpeggios every time you play a note.

I tried this app a year back or so. It needed a little work. This version is stunningly perfect. Don't change a thing! (Or make a grantophone II if you feel compelled to tweak it). Why mess with perfection... The best app of its kind! I will use this on stage. Nice work.

Great ability to control and blend 4 octaves on one screen. Has multiple presets and a simple way to switch between them and even blend the effects of each. Even a way to customize via many different parameters. But what makes this app the best is the amazing sounds and music that I can create.
