As its free it's good intro overview. Failed to load Ranger events for days I was there. Trail info is too basic.

Nice maps and good park info. Not that helpful while at the GC. I couldn't use the app in the park until I completed a review. Delete.
A must for GC

A must have app if you are planning to go to GC. It's very handy and loaded with everything you need in the park as well for planning.

I use this app with many of my clients. As a guide in the canyon this app works great with ranger events , maps, sunset times, and where to find about anything about tourist related information. If you need more info, it's best to hire a guide to get away from the masses.

The only reason I subscribed to Chimani was to get news about the canyon but I found out after downloading it that the news Is extra and I have to pay for It.

Seems like it would be a great app but there was no data. The only thing available was a generic map of the area around the GC.
Map Hard to See

The map I was hoping to use while hiking rim to rim is very hard to read. It's a light colored topographical map and trails are a similar light color as the topo lines making trails very hard to find and follow. I went to settings screen to see if I could change map settings to help but the settings menu instantly crashes the app.
By far the best Grand Canyon app

The latest version of this app is awesome! This app is not only stylish and functional, but it works offline when there's no service in the park! Highly recommended
