Remarkably easy to use

It takes a while to get used to, but once I got over the hump it does what I need it to. The only thing I don’t like is so trivial it’s hardly worth mentioning, but here it is: when I set Grafio’s permissions to “add photos only” I can’t save drawings to my camera roll. I have to give it full read/write access to make that work.

I purchased the app to create incident command structures. It is very easy to use. Looks good. I wish there is a way to place a link in bubble for a person’s contact information, almost like a hyperlink.

This app does take some time to figure out at first; however, once you figure it out, it is so easy to create. I have tried other products and this one is the one that I have really liked so far.
Infuriating lack of text control
The Tak
I keep attempting to make large text labels and it is infuriatingly difficult. When I create text outside of an existing label/object, there is almost no control over what you can do with it. Making the font size larger causes it to reach the end of a bounding box you have no control over. I cannot make the box area bigger, the program simply dictates where the words/lines will break up.
Looking forward to this app getting better.

Very exciting to use this app, worked quite well with the Apple Pencil. There are certain interactions which were problematic after using the app in anger. Selecting arrows for precise alignment when they sat over the top of another shape. Even when you locked the background No way to color shapes with a certain opacity? The ability to draw arrows back and forth from shape to shape in one motion, didn’t seem to be present and had to be done 1 by 1, often leading to misalignment when resizing shapes. When resizing shapes, often linked arrows would often be reposition behind other shapes that were placed in the area where the arrow ran. This is an amazing application however, and really hope that app development continues! Keep up the awesome work!

Very useful and worth the money. Would have a 5 except it takes some time to learn how to change arrow linking to different parts of image. Also, would be nice if image would also snap to grid or other object widths/heights.
