I PAID FOR SOME OF THE FONTS AND THEY HAVE NOT CAME UP YET EVERYTIME I LOG PN IT TAKES FOREVER TO GET TEH STUFF I PURCHASED AND THEY STILL DONT COME UP!!!!!
Purchased credits that I’m not able to use

Purchased credits and was charged, but none of the extra fonts can be downloaded with the credits. The basic fonts are good, but not being able to use the $16 of credits I purchased for the extra fonts is upsetting. Not able to contact anyone to help with this issue. The email contact doesn’t work.

app seemed promising giving the option to even add more fonts i purchased one was charged the font never downloaded tried restoring said it had been restored font still not there
