As I work at the airport I live this app. Just like everyone today I don’t want to waste my time standing in line to order food, especially if there is a way to avoid it. I’ve been using this app for the last three months at the Phoenix airport and it has saved me hours of time waiting in line to order my food. I’ve shared this app, and will keep sharing this app with Flight Crews who have little time on the ground. They need time to eat and this app is perfect for them. They order from the plane at a gate near them. By the time they are unloaded the food is ready and they get the food they want in very little time. I wish all airport restaurants were associated with this app, and gave us this option to order from our phones to avoid the line.

I’m a road warrior, and, simply put, Grab! is going to change the way I travel… perhaps forever. To someone who travels every week, this is a game changer. Here are the top three reasons why you should download and use this app: 1. Make your travels easier—airports can often be stressful places, right?! Grab! let’s you skip the line and get your food/drink quickly and easily. After waiting to check-in or going through security (fun, isn’t it?), why would you want to wait in line again? 2. Find the right meal, every time—sometimes you feel like a light-n-fresh bite in the morning, and sometimes you feel like a triple bacon cheeseburger with mushroom sauce before a 16 hour flight to Hong Kong (just saying’). This app takes the guess work out! Before, I would have to 1) find the airport’s website (usually poorly built/designed), 2) review the restaurant directory list, 3) Google the restaurant name, 4) find the menu, 5) awkwardly zoom-in on the PDF, 6) walk to the restaurant, wait in line, and order. Now, Grab! provides this awesome, consolidated list with well-designed, easy-to-use navigation. 3. Eat instead of starving—have you ever had a 545a departure? Have you ever arrived at the airport 22 minutes before your flight takes off? Well, in both cases, good luck dealing with the slow moving lines or crowds. When I connected through Atlanta and saw the Grab advertisements I was skeptical but after downloading the app and having a delicious, hot meal from Bojangles I was sold. The app has a clean interface and was very easy to use. I figured it out quickly and loved the convenience of not having to wait in line. I even had the pleasure of meeting the founder Jeff Livney who was nice enough to shake my hand and take a quick photo. I recommended Grab to all my Atlanta friends and look forward to more food options in the future!
