I was skeptical at first but after using it I realized this is a very handy app to have. Being able to see the whole menu/prices from my phone and choosing the item was great, and they even provide a map for how to get to the restaurant you chose from your location. Not every restaurant is a participating partner, but regardless the app provides a map and listing of every restaurant in the entire airport, so you can still quickly see what your options are and how to get there.

While I was working, I placed an order. When I got to the pickup counter, my food was waiting for me. I just had to grab & go. It was awesome!

They usually don’t make your order until you show up to pick it up. It is quicker to order normally.

I got a text message from grab that said I was in violation and something about terms and conditions but I thought this app was for anyone but it’s only for airport employees so I will not recommend this app to no one that wants to order food from a airport, they are other apps to order from the airports but do not trust them because I found out the developers are not Americans they are foreigners who has no respect for our country.

In theory, this app is fantastic. In practice, the workers at the airport restaurants either don’t receive or never check for Grab orders and so it actually ends up taking you more time to get more food.
