Me and a lot of other people were asking very long for free EC, and then the admin gave us 1 EC! I know that we should be thankful because many other games don’t donate, but I like the all the game features but I just think there should be more animated heads. But the point is the admin made a lot of people mad, and wasted there time. Just please tell any admins if there going to donate, donate something worth it.

when i play graal era im very very happy this game is so great.... After that moment that I need a identification so i did it... After there the Yes and the No i have nothing to choose because I've tried this at GRAAL C i press Yes I lost everything, so tried to say No at GRAAL E its even worst I lost 67 old tires,89 trash paper,90 broken bottles and 130 newspaper, lost all the shells that cost 3.5k ??gralats and lost the AK47 and ASSAULTRIFFLE??...I was angry,sad andalmostbreak my iPad...My name in the game is UnKnOwN...this game is super fun and amazing but ill give this a 4 star because of the identification?... Question "After I identify why all my items are GONE" ??..thank you for this lovely game....???

I’ve been a longtime player. I put money into this game many times and wouldn’t hesitate to do it again. It is a fun game but what ruins it for me is since my return to the game I’ve gotten banned for hacking. Beyond me what exactly I did to get banned for hacking. I’ve tried contacting your support team (still have not received an email back since) to find out exactly what went wrong and if there was some sort of mistake. I did my time which was a 4 hour ban and that was that played the game some more thought nothing of it. But then I try to play again at this moment and I come to find my account was banned yet again for the same very reason. A reason which was never addressed to me besides the screen that pops up saying “you’ve been banned for hacking” right after I load in. I love your game to death but this is it for me. I’m tired of not getting the support I need and I’m tired of being banned for unknown reasons, I’m tired of how unhelpful the support team is. I’ve done nothing wrong. I play on an iPhone which I’m sure you can check how on earth would I be able to hack and exactly what did I hack? A response would be very appreciated. It saddens me to not be able to play your game because of some unspecified reason. I would love to recommend this game but this is it for me. Please contact me as soon as possible or at the very least respond to the 2nd email I’ve sent. Thank you and have a good day. Edit: one email back from your “support team” saying I was “unbanned” and “thank you” log back into find I was permanently banned. I asked for help multiple times email after email. This is how you treat loyal players.

I got banned back in 2017 and so I waited until March cause that was how long it was. So I go on there and I try to log back in, then it bans me again for no reason at all, so now I have to wait until the end of may when I should of been able to get back on in March. This game pisses me off

Okay so if you are paying attention to this games reviews the majority seem to say June in the top right corner, you know why? In the news of the game the staff offered rewards to the people who made the BEST review of the game. So yeah...the reviews aren’t entirely honest. The people have gotten worse, the staff isn’t nearly as good. But it’s still a good game that I play regularly just don’t believe it’s all sunshine in sprinkles, alright? Because there’s some really really weird, rude, and disrespectful people so be careful

I love playing the game it’s really addictive, but the problem is that we need more jobs. The only best paying job is taxi. Yet people can’t afford a car. You should add heists. Or gas station robberies. And when you become a cop or gangster, you should do something like as a cop you should arrest people, and as a gangster you should kill and rob. Even if your a cop you can still rob and kill. But please add more jobs to gain more money. Add more jobs that are good paying. That’s all I beg for.
