I want to say this game is good but – GraalOnline Era+ Review

I’ve been a longtime player. I put money into this game many times and wouldn’t hesitate to do it again. It is a fun game but what ruins it for me is since my return to the game I’ve gotten banned for hacking. Beyond me what exactly I did to get banned for hacking. I’ve tried contacting your support team (still have not received an email back since) to find out exactly what went wrong and if there was some sort of mistake. I did my time which was a 4 hour ban and that was that played the game some more thought nothing of it. But then I try to play again at this moment and I come to find my account was banned yet again for the same very reason. A reason which was never addressed to me besides the screen that pops up saying “you’ve been banned for hacking” right after I load in. I love your game to death but this is it for me. I’m tired of not getting the support I need and I’m tired of being banned for unknown reasons, I’m tired of how unhelpful the support team is. I’ve done nothing wrong. I play on an iPhone which I’m sure you can check how on earth would I be able to hack and exactly what did I hack? A response would be very appreciated. It saddens me to not be able to play your game because of some unspecified reason. I would love to recommend this game but this is it for me. Please contact me as soon as possible or at the very least respond to the 2nd email I’ve sent. Thank you and have a good day. Edit: one email back from your “support team” saying I was “unbanned” and “thank you” log back into find I was permanently banned. I asked for help multiple times email after email. This is how you treat loyal players.
