Now I know a lot of games are pay to win, this one is no exception but in recent times it’s really cracked down on the limited options for earning gralats. With grinding taking a painful amount of time and effort, the farming update which took out a considerably large social aspect on top of the fact that mobs are broken/daily quests are a tedious amount of time for little pay because pricing is jacked through the roof makes the game not worth playing anymore. Graal was a great game, even though the graphics are getting better, that does not excuse its poor social and economic status. I hope toonslab steps it up. Or their game will arguably die within the next year or so.

If I could give zero stars I would, if you ever find yourself requiring the support-teams help... You’re out of luck, it appears your email goes down a dark rabbit hole and never sees the light of day. The administration teams within the game are not able to help you with purchases not going through. They’ll simply direct you to the support team that will never respond, I’m unsure if there’s anyone even in that department as NOBODY responds. Stay away from this game.

this game was a huge part of my childhood. i had so many friends. I still go on with my girlfriend to play occasionally. this game is totally worth it. ?

This app used to be fun but then they started to ban players for no reason also it started to get boring after a while. Also i hope that you guys got permission from bighit to use the bt21 characters and give them credit for it:)

This game is horrible , they don’t care about anyone or anything you say on this game . It’s pay to win . They took out one of the best things in the game and that’s really farming with other players witch is so dumb . Now you can’t make money with friends and if you are wanting to make money with friends , you have to farm and they just sit back and watch . Code shops not worth going anymore because most people don’t do them anymore , game is slowly dying , don’t waste your time on this game . If they could bring back many things this game would be back to 4k players with no problem but instead they are doing nothing to help it and just taking things away from us at all times

So i've been playing graal since 2010 and i like roleplay on it to make it less boring but lately the bans have kept constantly hitting me and other people sometimes i'll get banned for stuff i didnt wven know what i did wrong and i dont like how when you try to do the unban the thing is so old you cant email the developers because they will never answer you back which is stupid to me

This game was such a banger back in 2014, revisiting and starting over from scratch, it’s still the same besides the map and quest changed drastically over the years but yea decent game to play if you like socializing, guilds, pvp fights and or like grinding for in game money.

My honest opinion is that this game is pretty fun, once you meet cool people make friends, maybe even become friends with some of the admins as I have. Sometimes the chat filter is a little wonky it says discord is a bad word and sometimes when you write a sentence some words are confused as bad words, but I’m giving this a 3 star review because if you email toonslab they nrobably won’t answer, I’ve been playing since 2011 and I had the same account until about 2017 when I lost access to my main email address for the past 3 years I’ve been trying to get that account back and only recently have I gotten an email back and I’m confused if I’m actually getting my account back or not they have not said, “yea we can get it back just give us a few days” or anything they asked for some things a few days ago and haven’t responded since but to tell me someone has been on it in 2 different places in the same day which is weird because the account hasn’t been on in over 1000 days.
