I have played this game since 2012. Recently, I lost access to my yahoo account that was connected to my account. So I have contacted graal support about 10 times in the last 3 months to change the accounts email to another email of mine. Sadly, To this day I have not been contacted back. Starting to think that either no one works for graal anymore... or they just don’t know how to deal with this situation. If anyone from graal sees this review and would like to help me out, it would be much appreciated.

I have played this game since it was only available on FACEBOOK. Great game honestly, one of my favorite games. There’s tons of ways to earn money in this game (of course if your not lazy). Everything works pretty well and I hope it stays for a long time, love graal and have had amazing memories in it. Very diverse game, very fun and friendly community :)

Email stuff, Game, Horrible Customer Support. Okay so I’ve been playing since late 2013 to early 2014. It used to be such a great game but it seems to be getting slower and slower. The support system is absolutely horrible, I forgot the password to my email and I’ve contacted them several different times to change my emails so I can have my old account back which I spent almost 1k hours and around $100+ on but to no return no message back from email support. They should really up there support Things that should be added/improved For the new iPhones(With the notch) please fix the screen so you can use the entire screen instead of cropping in about 2 cm of empty screen on the top and bottom. Fix the customer support!!! They don’t respond to emails!! The admins are not the same as they used to be. Please respond to this so I can get in contact with graal support

I really really want this head upload but it's too expensive and my dad won't let me buy it. Pls make it more worth it it and put the price down. Plus it takes forever just to get 20000 gralats instead of buying them. Please pls pls pls pls pls pls pls graal. I'm begging u I really want it so badly.
