This app hasn’t been updated since October 2017, and it shows. It’s not sized for an iOS screen larger than an iPhone 5s. It’s a time entry app that still uses the skeuomorphic dial wheel - just give me a numeric keyboard ok? How about biometric authentication?

The app keeps giving me an error message saying “Access not allowed due to class configuration. (4588)” I downloaded the app as a backup for times when the website goes down, but the app is worthless.

This app does not recognize my pin number. Every time I use the app I end up resetting my pin.

It is not optimized for new iPhones screens sizes and no biometric login. Get with the times!

Why is is so difficult to reset a password while using the app? It’s even harder to get in touch with customer service and the admins.

It would be great if I could search and review more employees. In search I can only review 25 employees. I have 70 employees. The app glitches a lot. On my desktop when I reviewed an employees time, it showed they had entered their time on Sunday, but the app showed they entered time on Monday. This happens at least once a week with different employees. If you completely close the app (swipe up) then reopen the app, this usually fixes this glitch, but sometimes it takes more than one try. If your app is toggling between days on it’s own, it is an indication that this glitch is happening, but not always.

More than one star, but less than two.... Notifications...reminders...biometric login, so many “features” that are commonplace in so many apps today are missing. Adding these capabilities would instantly boost to 3-4 stars. Convenient? Yes. Robust? Not hardly.

The app is a great concept however Deltek has a habit of riding horses even after they stop running. One would think an update to allow for Face ID password input for accessing the app would have been implemented. Until then ...

Why is it that if you inadvertently hit the reset pin link you can’t just go back to the pin screen? When this happens you have no option but to follow through with resetting your pin. Designed by monkeys for monkeys. Sincerely Code Monkey 562982943
