3. Enter the Support Key given to you by your support agent.
4. Allow your trusted agent to connect to your device.

Indian SCAM call centers will try and trick you into using this app, they will give you a “secure login code” to access your device, then they will STEAL all your private information and set a password to LOCKOUT your device. Then they will demand you send them MONEY in order to unlock your phone. DO’NT FALL FOR IT.
Some Indian guy called me claiming to be Apple support and scammed me by using this app. Do not continue the call unless you prompted Apple to contact you beforehand.
To everyone giving this app 1 star. It is not the apps nor the developers fault that you got scammed into installing this and allowing some to access your phone. On that note. The app works great I am able to direct my customers to install and get assistance on their iPhones. Really helps when a user is having a outlook issue or one drive issue.
The app does exactly what it is supposed to do! But there are scammers who will have you exploit yourself if you are not careful. If you have any problems with your phone please call a trusted support office.
