Compared to the original gorilla this is a disappointment, but It can improve because gorilla fitness is such an amazing app, this app is lacking being able to adjust levels. Also the locked portions keep giving me errors when I click the purchase button. Please update and make it better because the gorilla app is a 5/5 stars.

Wow it like they created it and never finished! U can't purchase any other workouts & the one u get is horrible not enough rest time for people to get bigger no explanation. Super setting drop set. This workout would be horrible on your body and legs

Once you spend the .99, you have an opportunity to choose a program and there is another purchase price. Very misleading.

I am on my last week of the original program and my results are astounding. Everyone is amazed by my new body. I've gained about 10lbs and my body fat percentage has dropped. As long as you can commit to around 30-45 minutes for the workouts and stick to the plan, this will be the best money you'll spend in the App Store. I'm completely obsessed with this app.

I like using the app, workouts are easy to do. I wish they had an option to track the weight you used for your workout so you can track progress.

Quite a nice app. For weight lifting. Has nice routines in it, after observing some of the routines they seem to start you off at a beginners level/pace then it gets a "LITTLE" tuffer. The first day of every workout is a test workout to get you started in the 90day plan then you take two days off because of the muscle soreness then it's back to every other day. The only downside is that it doesn't seem to have that many different exercises to do. Almost every routine/plan has the same exercises that day as another plan would have just in a different day. Needs more types of exercises.

Horrible Routines. These are NOT for people who have trained for years. Only newbie need apply. I bought the FULL APP and still worthless to me.
