I think when I initially downloaded the app, I loved it. I don't know which update went wrong, but the app is always crashing, or telling me that there is no internet connection, or loading so slowly to the point of where it looks like it's completed loading a search but it NEVER finishes. I don't want new features in the app. I just want it to work normally because I'd say it doesn't load searches and crashes about half the time I use it. UPDATE: I can never use it. App never loads search results, acts like it's still loading but doesn't stop loading. Horrible app. Don't waste time and space on your phone

The app is frequently not working--slow or won't load results at all, while my other browsers are instant. It says I have a problem with my connection? Unfortunate because this app is the normally the most pleasing to use. Closing the app and re-opening seems to fix it temporarily, but it's really annoying once you've already typed out your search, and it keeps doing it. I've switched to Safari until it's fixed.

Read the reviews and all I hear is that you people have terrible cell phone service, plus why is anyone using their phone while driving or walking anyways. I use this app 20+ times a day never do I have a single problem. It's super helpful for anything, news, web search, travel, just about anything you can think of. Don't be fooled by all the bad reviews from people who have bad service maybe they should try a new provider.

This used to be my most used app but I've had to delete it since it just doesn't work anymore! Constantly freezes and then crashes. Every other time I tried to use it, the app said I didn't have an Internet connection when I did.

When Google doesn't crash, it's an amazing app. But when it does, it makes me want to chuck it at a wall, and break my iPad to pieces. So what I'm asking is that you fix Google and make it better again, by fixing how many times it crashes. Tats all I'm asking, thank you.

Still cannot change work address to blank. What about folks who're retired? For some strange reason, app seems to think I work at Walmart (never have or did) and refuses to allow me to change it!

App always crashes. It did work at one point and that was great but now it's just a constant crash. Just find something else and avoid the frustration! ?

The Google search engine is supposed to make things easier to search. However, the app hasn't been doing that. It crashes repeatedly, glitches, and sometimes randomly goes to my previously opened apps. It would be A LOT better if the creators were to fix these problems. That way, we would have an efficient search engine that didn't crash every two seconds.
